Scope suggestions

I'm having a hard time finding a scope with the options I'm wanting. Maybe one of you can provide some insight for what I'm looking for. I can't believe there isn't more options like this available. Huskemaw is the only option?

Zero Stop
Windage cap or zero stop on windage
SFP
MOA
Max Magnification (20x +/-)
Under $2,000

I didn't think they had windage caps or zero stop on windage turret?
