Also - been meaning to ask you for a while about all the "............" in your posts. I am a product of SE idaho, and I never learned that in school. I am guessing its like a pause or a comma? Not trying to be smart, just curious.

I do it as well. If it has a place in proper grammar, I didn't learn it either. An older member had trouble with longer strings of words, and I started spreading things out a bit.

Also, if I don't use an entire quote, to replace the sentences I don't use.

Just curious, have any of you seen a wolf or coyote behave in a domesticated dog-like manner? Would a wolf or a coyote lay down next to a pack that clearly had a human scent all over it?

I dont have shepherds, but have a GSP that is part of the family. He is my buddy - he wandered off a couple years ago and was gone over night (he was intact and was out chasing females) and he got lost. We were out all night looking for him. My point is crap happens, I was so grateful for the farmer who called me and reunited us. He could have been a Dbag and thought he was a wolf and shot him. My GSP was relieved too - he slept for like 24 hours when we got him home and hasnt wandered off since.

There is zero justification for gunning down pets while they are laying next to your pack. Even hitchens and dawkins, as twisted as their beliefs are, wouldn't condone that.
