7/08 AI

I have a Rem. model 7 in 7/08 that I would like to re-barrel to an AI. This will be predominantly a hunting rifle, with possibly an occasional trip to the range. I was thinking a 20" standard barrel will a break. I live a couple of hours from Bartlein, so I was thinking of going through then.
I'm not looking for anything special nor spend a ton of money. I have a nephew that will be old enough to hunt next year so primarily for him, something light for me carry once in a while.
Any advice would be appreciated.
