375 RBH guide rifle

These are my 2 choices for my Alaska guide rifle. Splitting hairs but which would you choose?

The 281. Flatter shooting and it's already a mono.

Too close to call from an exterior ballistic standpoint.

My .375 experience is copper and lead, and that 50 grains extra heft has a noticeable difference in impact, on either animate or inanimate objects.

I would use the 329 HH: 1) as a guide your shots are likely to be coming or going, and full length penetration would be my goal.
2) Client comfort may increase seeing you've maxed out everything with your back up choice, it just looks battle ready.

2 very good choices, not much in Alaska, or Jurassic Park either won't handle.

i have killed two cape buffalo. I used .375 ruger in 300 grain dangerous game series. It performed very well. The pros in Africa do love heavy bullets for max penetration. Just shower thoughts.

Mine is used as a guide rifle in Alaska so it's kinda different

I experienced the same thing with attaching a Magneto to my barrel. LOTS of people think that it won't effect your grouping. Im getting a 338 Norma Improved done to try out. Looks like some good loads. I would pick whatever one had a wider tune.
