28 nosler 180 hybrid load help

Have you thought about the newer 184 F-Open Hybrid? I really like them in a couple 28 Noslers, and a couple 7RMs I have tried them in.
Retumbo is the ticket with the 180. What case(s) are you using?

I have nosler cases and Retumbo. Thanks for the info.
Here's the data from MY rifle, with Nosler case. I have 100 Hornady cases to try, also. Start low and work up carefully.
Also FYI, I found the Nosler brass to be a tad soft and not long lasting.

What twist barrel do you have and length? If 1:8 or faster i would recommend the 195 EOL Berger, your BC will be the highest if you can get them to 3000FPS, also your stability (GS) will be good. Retumbo is a great choice on either bullet.
My barrel is only a 1-9 twist. That's why I decided to go with the 180s.
Mine is a 1/9, but I'm gonna give the 195 EOL's I have, a go anyway. My Mile High altitude has done me good in the past, what was proposed as marginal...you never know til you know.
. It's just plain and simple like I like them lol
