Something (? ? ?) won't let me edit my post

I am trying to edit my post in this thread:

B.C. IM CONFUSED ON THE 6.5 CALIBER | Long Range Hunting Forum

I'm logged in.

I click "edit"

Make my change.

Click "Save Changes"

And get a big black box with a big red X saying, not allowed, may have to do with trying to post spam, etc., whatever.

Can you advise and/or help?

No, it had nothing to do with HTML code.
I was doing nothing irregular.

I was merely trying to correct some punctuation.

And when I, then, clicked on "Save Changes"
I got the big black box saying "not allowed" (whatever).

It WARN'T ME. It was the website being hinky.

Now... that said,
I went back, just now, before making this reply to you,
and did the same little thing, and it worked!

So whatever was wrong with the website has been straightened out.
