Our 2nd Amendment Rights

One more thing...I met my first "head full of mush" as my dad calls them about two weeks ago.

She is white, most likely some college education. She was practicing her spanish with a Colombian women. I was busy working on something when I heard the white women apologize for being born "white and privaliged". Well I jumped up from what I was doing to be gin my lecture! I told her she has nothing to apologize for and I told her she sounded like a weak hearted democratic!

Her reply shocked me even more! She told me how she wished to live in a communist country, how she wished the government would take care of her.

We work with a large number of Cuban's so I suggested she talk with them. Her reply was "no...no...I don't want to live under a dictator. I want to live in a Communist Government!" I told her they are the same thing!

She looked puzzled...lol...she also said she didn't feel like she would live very long...I thinking she might be right because I wanted choke her as it was!

Now the most scary part...there are millions just like her in the NE and California!

When the new democratic party takes over the white house, I hope Texas will pull out of the union. We at least have a little hope.

Scary days ahead men!

CaptC.......why didn't you choke the hell out of her....just so she would know a portion of her RIGHTS in a communist country.....the right to be choked, raped, murdered and thrown in a ditch without anyone to care......and if she refused..the death of the entire family............load her up...lets send her and her family....all of them...cousins, aunts, uncles, parents, siblings, grandparents........let her family extract justice from her for her greatness to achieve world peace.......
 
Ok. Getting this back on track...

Funny how the first amendment covers all forms of free speech, even ones that weren't around back then,
But the second amendment doesn't cover forms of arms that didn't exist?

I got news for everyone and anyone who thinks differently. The founding fathers wanted the PEOPLE to have no restrictions on arms ownership. That's us, guys.

We may not have a "need" for fully automatic weapons unless we are in a revolution to control our government, but I will say this, We the people are not supposed to be restricted in the ownership of them for ANY reason. That includes a definition of "Need".

That BS we've been fed about how it's to protect this or that, hunting personal safety etc. is just that. BS.

The second amendment was written expressly to throw off a government that no longer represented the people in the original intent.

We need to gain back things we've lost in the past 100 years or more.

Research and study how this was all set up and how it was supposed to run, and what the situation was at the time and the founding fathers intent will be clear.

Don't be lazy, do your part, even if it is to only to be better informed. The only way to fight what's going on right now is with the truth. It's really hard to argue with the truth. This is a fact that the left has long ago discovered, and so has tried to disguise and hide the truth so they can push their agenda. Shameful.

But I did everything you mentioned...except the part about choking her! She didn't have too much to say after that. The Colombian woman backed me up saying I was right.

The supporters of the left are brain dead at best!
 
Trump continues to **** me off when it comes to his anti-2nd Amendment actions and rhetoric. He needs to stop listening to his Democrat handlers, and stop surrounding himself with Dems, and start listening to Don Jr when it comes to guns. Because Trump himself obviously has NO idea about guns or suppressors.

i'm not even sure what you're trying to say, but here goes.

depends on how you interpret it. in my opinion it was purposely written to be vague and broad because the founding fathers knew there would come a time when the government would start trying to disarm us.

the main thing it says is that our right to bear arms shall not be infringed. because we need the ability to form militias to fight against a tyrannical government. but it shall not be infringed because it is necessary to keep us free.

the left wants our guns for one reason, control. they dont care how many kids die or how many blacks are killed by police (especially justifiably like 99% of them are).

sadly, the left is brainwashing our children and i think the day will come when they elected politicians that will abolish the 2nd amendment and round up the guns. my 3 kids will not be brainwashed like that. we will homeschool if we have to.
 
The Second Amendment, DOES NOT, say, "you need a gun to form a militia." It states that, "The right of the PEOPLE to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." The explanation behind the statement, is that, "a well regulated militia (not the National Guard) being necessary to the security of a free State."
Also, my quotes are still, very valid at describing in lay terms the need for our founders to include into the Declaration of Independence, the 2nd Amendment. I really don't know where you were going Frank In the Laurels, but I would suggest you look into some case law from the Supreme Court of the United States, if you are further confused.
