Hornady A-Tip bullets 250gr 30cal bullet

I've got and older Sako Finnbear in 264. Curious on how that works, and wondering if it will ever come out for my 220 swift / 22/250 for Varmints?
 
The G7 BC are listed at 0.442, 0.412, and 0.355 for 250, 230 in 308 and 153 in 6.5.

They are packaged in the order in which they are made for added uniformity. They have a die insert to help seat them without damage to the bullet. These could be winners and I'd bet they'll perform on game.

I might need a 300 Lapua improved or 300 Norma AI.

Twist rates 8, 8.5, 9 for 153, 250, and 230 gn
I got the article last night can you tell me where you are finding the twist rate info.... I haven't seen it.,. thanks. If the rates are correct then the 153 6.5 won't be a problem....but the 230 and 250 won't stabilize in most all standard 30s which come in 1 :10.

I'm just thinking that 230 out of a 300-338LMAI could be driven 3300FPS. That would run with the biggest of 338's way the hell out there minus the weight, powder, recoil.
The 230 is likely the better bullet for the 300 PRC and similar capacity cases. Better than the 250. But in the 300 LapuaAI the 250 would also be potent.
 
250 out of the 300PRC, I feel 2700FPS might be generous for it. To me the 300 Norma would be a fantastic pair with the 250. Bit more HP but not a total fire breather like the Lapua improved, 300 Raptor or 300HCM
 
They claim in the video that the 250 was designed for the 300 PRC.
I suspect what that means is that it was made to stabilize in the saami twist for the 300 PRC which is apparently 8.5. But it robs too much velocity IMO.

The 230 has a higher form factor than the 250. I suspect that they have about the same nose profile. The extra 20 grains is just added length in the bearing surface which adds to BC but not really to down range ballistics because the heavier bullet is slower. The velocity advantage of the 230 about cancels out the BC advantage of the 250. Similar to the 215 and 230 Bergers.
