6.5x284 Hornady ELD-M Freebore

I'm curious what C.O.A.L. you guys are using with the 140gr and 147gr ELD Match and what freebore/throat length your rifle has. My cousin had a 6.5-284 but has since sold it and doesn't have the reamer he used, so I can't go off his data. I'm tossing around the idea of building one but wasn't sure what freebore to go with for the 140/147 ELDs. I've seen a few reamers with .188 FB but not sure if that's enough for the longer bearing surface on these bullets. Thanks

with the 147 ELD-M and my bullet lot dummy round will be 3.248 with bearing surface at neck/shoulder junction. for freebore my best measurement is around the .240 mark. don't have any 140 so cant help there

Thank you for the help! I was trying to crunch some numbers and figure out if the SAAMI 6.5-284 Norma reamer with .188 freebore was enough. Seems like it would work but not be ideal
