For some reason I cannot edit the title...but I do display SOLD at beginning and end.

It only works a fraction of the time. More often than not, I can't edit the title, period. Can't change it to "sold" and can't edit the wording. I always edit the first post with "sold." That said, I'm sure too many people don't make any effort.

You are right, I sold a rifle on here and tried to change the tile to sold, couldn't do it, had to just edit and type in sold like you.

click "edit" on your first post , then "more options" under the text box ..this has worked for me ??? knock on wood

it pulls up a page that looks exactly like you saved when you started the listing

I tried that plenty of times--seems editing is blocked for titles for me.

Yeah this site is the worst on people not closing sold threads..I've said it for years.

I have had issues with this in the past as well... I USE to be able to edit titles

Same here, can't do it but I've done it before, and I hate when people don't close them....now it's me !

Yeah this site is the worst on people not closing sold threads..I've said it for years.

I thought it was the worst for people dragging up 7 year old threads.
