Do any top benchrest shooters use cf barrels?

I was just just wondering about this. Do you see many top shooters use cf barrels?

Nope. Some bench rest guys use proof steel barrels. The carbon would heat up to fast for most competitions.

No because there are not any advantages for the bench rest shooters. Most shoot at the top end of their weight class so their rig can be more stable. Also, bench rest shooters go through barrels a lot quicker than the casual shooter and most steel barrels are half the cost of a quality CF barrel. CF barrels are not any more accurate than a good steel barrel.

Yep, light gun weight limit is 17 lb, my rig is 16 lb 15 oz.
