Bolt and bolt handle have not. Has 20 moa rail. Will come with Mesa Precision M5 bottom metal and two new 5 round Accurate mags and action screws. This action is very smooth. I took this on trade a while back, but don't have a use for it at the moment. $1100 for the whole package, shipped to your FFL. The only trade I will consider at this time is a custom long action, either magnum or standard bolt face. Please PM with any questions. Thanks!
