I've got a rem 700 stainless action with a ptg bolt. Both are new.

Bolt has mini m16 extractor, and bench rest firing pin. Large ground fluted. Bolt is sized to .698 and fits action very well. The bolt will need to be fitted to action during blue printing as it has not been done yet.

I've decided to go with a custom long action.

Bolt alone cost $347. Price at $500 for a quick sell.
