I have a foot pedal and motor from a sewing machine I've been trying to set up for case trimming. I may just scrap the motor and buy a cheap drill.

I like it , that's a pretty good set up you have .
I have a angle drill that has a speed screw on the trigger , that I use .

Harbor freight sells a foot pedal for like 10 bucks. just plugs into the wall, then drill. of course you would have to use a corded drill and zip strip the trigger
