Yeah, went over to dicks and field & stream today and cashed in my Christmas gift card for cash refund. Told them I'm doing this because of their recent decision on the AR 15 gun sales and age limit. Their attitude was okay whatever. When I left there I wanted to punch somebody in the head.

A weapon does not walk, smell, taste, see and ect., but a person does. We do not need more gun laws, we need to address the mental health issues.

I went in once, because of a coupon in the rulebook which I was given along with a hunting license many years ago.

My impression was that Dick's is nothing but a sneaker, jockstrap, and soccer ball "sporting goods" retailer that holds zero interest for hunters or fisherman.

Dropped by Academy and was happy to see all the scary black rifles still out. Guy behind the counter was teaching a customer about a Ruger Ar and actually knew what he was talking about. Grabbed a few 30 rounders on my way out.

AR platform is standard issue to all the government's military and police so our good citizens should also be trusted with it. If Dicks can't trust me to have a rifle, I can't trust them to be in business. According to their logic, the Government should be selling goods, not the private industry.
