**WARNING**

*Pretty Pictures* of a wildcat with a *wicked name* ......... and a DBM I have been testing for the past few months that was installed on my 375 Long Range Hunter rifle (375-338 Norma Improved) those who are deeply offended and have debilitating mental breakdowns by simply viewing the crystal clear photos I post, need to save their feelers and scroll on by.... for the rest of the MEN ........

.............. Last Frontier Custom Guns of Alaska have designed and CNC machined an all new aluminum detachable bottom metal system (shown here unpainted) to use the Accurate Mag 3.850" staggered/single feed 5 round detachable magazines ......... the design is absolutely innovative, the mag release lever is SMOOTH ! completely out of the way and will not catch or snag on anything, regardless of the method used to carry/transport the rifle, the lever is made of stainless steel and does not bind/gall with the aluminum body, can be accessed easily by both left and right handed shooters, mags slide right in and when the release lever is pushed the mags drop right out and ready for a full one, Last Frontier also make a DBM for short actions ....... the cost is very competitive and worth every red cent, contact Derrick Moffit at Last Frontier Custom Guns for more info https://www.facebook.com/Last-Frontier-Custom-Guns-LLC-592…/

Swamp lord,
How does the mag box release?
On the one picture with black coating, it shows a lever, but the one on your rifle does not have this.

It's very nice and well executed, but not innovative. That style has been out for several years.

It looks like an integrated version of the RAD TAC Latch.

The black one is an Accurate Mag dbm that I set next to the Last Frontier aluminum unpainted dbm for comparison, in order to show the difference between the two, the Last Frontier dbm does have a lever that pushes out towards the mag to release it, the lever is a stainless steel spring loaded part that is pin hinged to the front of the trigger guard and can be operated from either side of the rifle
