Ok, I've sorted out all the form 4 stuff and have been approved for my Silencerco SS Sparrow. I think its about time for something a bit more serious. I'm looking at the Silencerco Omega or the Harvester for my 284 and 25-06. The 284 is my go to long range build and weight is no concern on that rifle. Does anyone have any experience with these two cans or another that comes highly recommended?

I'm in the process of setting up a trust and will be getting the Harvester 30. I like the various thread adapters available for the Harvester series.

Although not the same caliber or brand, but I'm running a Yankee hill titanium 30 cal on my 300 win mag. I have about 150 rounds sent through it already. Very happy with results and performance out to 1200yds so far.

Take a look at Crux Suppressors

Any information links to setting up a Trust for purposes of obtaining a Suppressor?

The primary advantage(s)?

I don't have any, but have been wanting to get one for a while. If I had the money, I'd like to get one for my rimfire calibers, and one for my high-powered rifles. It would be nice to go to the range and not have to wear earplugs.

I have no personal experience with them, but have heard good things about Thunderbeast, AAC, SilencerCo, and just about all the well-known brands...

I'm waiting about another month for this can to get out of jail. What was your experience with POI shift with/without the can?

There will be a POI shift with any suppressor. It can be reduced with models that can be "tuned" but anything which changes the harmonics of the barrel is going to cause some change in POI.

I have been using a thunderbeast 338 ba on my 338 norma and 7-300 weatherby. There is a poi shift . The can is about 26 oz I think. I am waiting on a thunder beast ultra, which is about half the weight and is rated up to a 300 rum. They make good cans and their brake attachment works great.
