Yup...I agree. It is better than elk but elk is a close second.

I drew archery 2nd hunt in 16B and 22. Also drew a unit 27 Mulie tag for archery.

It turns out the oryx hunt I saw on the backdoor was a February badged hunt, in what is probably the last year they do badged hunts, so I'm going to make this one count.

No NM love for me this year (two straight years), so guess its just my Muley hunt in UT this year. May look into 3rd season ELK in Colorado too.

Drew unit 15 ML deer and off range Oryx in December. No elk for me this year ; but a friend drew 17 ML elk so I will be guiding. Almost as good as hunting!
