I assume others on here have seen the Mcmillan liquidation listings at their website, use to be Tactical Liquidators, now goes by Bushmen.

I get the no Warranty, but they have a stock that would probably take quite some time to get otherwise, in stock, and at a good price. I am worried that it might be defective though. Any first hand experiences? Couldn't find much feedback, but nothing negative.

They made a deal with McMillan to buy stocks that were not cost effective for McMillan to fix or repair for whatever reason, but were still perfectly fine structurally. They are not "defective".

As noted, there is no warranty from either company, and they cannot be sent back to McMillan for inletting.

May be just as cheap to order one from McMillan already inleted to the action than get one and have your local smith charge you $400 plus to pillar bed it and fit it to your rifle.

I don't need one inletted, they have one that fit's my action. My question was do you have any experience with this outfit? You are right that they have many stocks a smith could inlet, but that was no where near my question.

Maybe this is the wrong place to ask this question, but since so many do repeat buys and sells I thought someone on here had taken a chance on these "in-stock" and approx $100 discounted Mcmillan stocks.

I bought an A-5 from them recently, paid $400 for it. I got it in less than a week. The in letting was perfect. I put a recoil pad on it and painted it. It looks good and I'm happy with it, if you're handy and have the time it's a good way to go.

Whoops I thought you were talking about a benchrest stock on there site uninleted . I missed the question as I never ordered a finished stock from them but it shouldn't take much to get them looking perfect. The benchrest stocks are very nice.
