G'day again JB,It's taken me 3 months to work out the pic thing(dumb Aussie),it was a lot easier to construct this rifle than fathom this bloody computer.Yes it is a tensioned barrel,only 1.500 inch heavy tapered barrel under there and yes it's my version of a 300 win mag imp..JR.ps pic of the STD 300 win mag cartridge and the "300 Redneck"

My coming project will be "338 TOMAHAWK".
It will be an awesome rifle for large Canadian moose and FAT big bear in Northern Ontario.
It will be used with 300gr SMK bullet ONLY. The Lilji barrel will be 1.25"x36 straight.
It is possible to get 2830 kinetic energy at 1000 yards.
