This has since been parted out. I have left:

Remington M700 long action with 7mm Remington Magnum bolt face. Bolt handle, recoil lug and action have been parkerized. Scope holes drilled and tapped to 8-40 screws. Trigger, bolt, recoil lug and action included in $350 plus shipping price to your FFL.

Reasonable offers considered. Still need an AICS.
