Hi ya'll. I've owned a number of Interarms and Charles Daly guns all made by Zastava, and in calibers from 308 to 458 WM. All have been standard length Mauser 98. Am I missing something regarding "short action"?

Dud. I still own Mark X guns in 30-06, 458 Wm and a 223 Interams mini. Some Interarms minis were chambered in 7.62 x 39 and later also in 22-250 when Daly impoted them.

I shoot a Interarms 300 win mag with an octagon barrel that I picked up from a guy several years back. It a lights out shooter but never could find any information on the octagon 300.
Anyway...I'd buy it if I did not have this one.
