It's in great shape. I won't call it "like new" because there's subtle evidence of use, but very good condition. Only the windage knob has a couple tiny tiny shine specks. The other knobs look new. Glass looks great. There are very subtle ring marks, black on black discoloration as shown in pics.
Includes scope, shade, covers, manual. Does NOT include rings.
