Not wanting the JRS pattern. I am considering one of the long range sporters from Stocky's though.

How much difference is there between the two? They look awfully similar to me.

I'd don't have a JRS stock to compare but the pictures look alot like my LSS.

As I recall, the JRS is a straight combed stock of fairly beefy proportions. I have always used straight combed stocks, but want to try a monte carlo, and want something a little trimmer than a JRS. A thumbhole is also a possibility...
