I have a IOR Tactical 4-14x50 with MP8 Illuminated Reticle. I Bought it from Jim at Q-OPtics in NOvember. No sctraches, but a small rub on the elevation cap. It is in great condition, comes with sunshade and flip-up caps. I have the box as well.
Would be interested in selling it or trading it for other optics.
