Wtb adjustable rear peep sights and front sight tool

I,ve discovered that I see well enough to use peep (aperture) sights on my lever rifles for hunting at under 150 yds, but I can't seem to locate sights with both windage and elevation adjustments, plus I hate beating on my front sights to align them. Any suggestions?
