I'd like to try some of those 180 grain Bergers out of my 7 STW but I hate to buy a whole box and find they don't shoot. I figure $10-$12 bucks ought to cover 20 bullets + postage. PM me if you can help me out. I have a bunch of other bullets on hand I could trade..........Accubonds, TSX's, XLC's, Ballistic Tips, Sciroccos, Interbonds.

It all depends on your barrel's twist. Berger has a recommended twist on their website, for every bullet. If your twist is not adequate, maybe the 168 will work.

Once you've done the homework, you might as well buy a box. Its going to take awhile to find the load anyway. Also, don't bother with 100 yard groups. Shoot at 300+ to give them a chance to stabilize...
