Has anyone actually shot a coyote, fox or anything else with the Winchester 223 White Box 45gr JHP with a velocity of 3600 fps? If so, what kind of performance did the bullet provide?

Is it a good round? or is it more for squirrels and chipmunks?

Take a look at the Federal 50gr HP's sold at Wal-Mart in 200 PKS, should cost you about $80 bucks. It will stop a yote dead in it's tracks! I used these for yrs until they stopped using LC brass. Still a great round for the $$
