Winchester Model 70 gunsmith??

I have couple of Stainless Model 70 Classic actions that I am considering as a basis for a long range rifle.

Who is the man for the job?

I've built alot of long range rifles over the years, mostly on Remington 700 or custom actions but have done a fair amount of high power rifles on the Winchester 70. My most recent was a FTR class rifle for myself based on a Winchester 70. What are you looking to build off of this model 70 action?
