Win Mod 70

I have found a bare pre 64 mod 70 reciever. How hard is it to find parts for these? I am wanting to build a rifle and stumbled across this receiver. is something that would be good to get or should i steer clear of it? its pretty cheap that is why i am interested in it but I do not know a lot about model 70s.

Can you expand a little on what you mean by bare receiver? Does it have a bolt, bolt stop, ejector, floor plate, trigger guard, magazine and follower?
