Why go with Sierra MatchKings ??

I was just wondering why so many guys shoot with Sierra matchKing bullets over say Berger or Nosler J4's
I have shot the MatchKings head to head with Berger VLD's in all my rifles and all my rifles like the Bergers better , and seeing how the VLD's have alot higher BC they seem to be the right choice for me , I meen yea their about $5 more per box but the added BC pays for that ??
I can see the VLD style bullets being a problem with some factory guns with a long throat but even a couple of my factory guns digest them well.

I was just wondering what everbodies preferance was and why

I shoot matchkings because I get them in loaded ammo. I have 3,000 rounds of 308 Win in Fed Gold Medal Match and am about to order a thousand to so 223 Fed Gold Medal match. If I reload I often use what works elsewhere, Sierra MK's.

I had a rifle that LOVED Nosler J4's in 168 gr and hated 168 gr SMK's
I have had rifles that prefered bergers too!
