Which to build for LR M70 .300wsm or Wby MKV .340

Ok LR freaksgun)I have 2 guns that I want to go all out & I know it will take me a few months but this is what I got.

Which would you build & why? Also what would be your setup?

#1 M70 .300wsm Super Shadow this is my main deer gun.
#2 Wby .340 MKV Acc Mark just a toy

I want to make one a true 500-700yd deer killer & hope to punch a few holes in paper at 1k.

Remember our deer in SC are small

change the M70 to a weather warrior with the B and C stock and you have a great package.
get a .340 weatherby in an Accumark or even fibermark and you have an Awsome package.

I would go .340 Wby. I had one and it was my best rifle to date. shouldnt have sold it.
