The sleeves are great for keeping the bolt body in perfect alignment when the bolt is closed and loose for cycling. 90% of my customers use the level 1.</p><p> I can't say the Remington is better than a custom action, but can deffinately be just as good.</p><p> The Remington actions I get are brand new.</p></blockquote><p></p>
