I just recieved a rem 700 purchased through the classified forum. Rifle was put together by Bryant Custom and I wish to upgrade the stock. I'm down to either the remington hunter or lazzeroni sporter. I plan on having Mcmillan do the installation. Any opinions on these choices.

You can buy MCMillan stocks, ready to ship at the LRH Store

Thanks in advance, Wade

I have one in the thumb hole models from Mac chambered in the 10mm meteor. Believe me, for taking the recoil you would not want anything less. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

Wade, I've got three rifles wearing the Remington Hunter stock /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif A .300Ultra, .338Ultra and a .270WSM. If you have big hands you'll love the palm swell.

Where in Mi are you?

Thanks for the feed-back, looks like I can't go wrong with either one. AJ300Mag, My location is West Olive, on the lakeshore west of Grand Rapids.
