Ive been playing with my custom 300wsm. Just shooting factory ammo with Accubond bullets doing a one hole group at 200 yards but cost is to much.

Going to handload will be use on deer mostly from 50 yard and out. I love my Smk but thinking they wont hold together on a close shot for a deer. bullet weight 180 to thinking 200 but not anymore cause will be using up to much case. I have alot of H1000 and retumbo podwer can this be used for any loads?

Retumbo is a little on the slow side for the 300 WSM, H1000 could work for the 200gr bullets but any of the 4350's or 4831's would be a better choice as would be RL19 and RL22.
Ditto on the 180 Accubond.

I had good luck w/ the IMR 4350 and 165 hornady interbonds, I am working up a load w/ Reloader 19 and the same bullet. It seems that the 200 grain bullets take up a bit much of the case capacity.
