What's the deal

What is it with this Mobil oil ad that keeps popping up on my screen.
Every time the arrow from my mouse passes over the ad, without clicking on it, their ad pops up on my screen. It is getting extremely anoying.
Is anyone else having this problem with ads on this site?

That one has been bugging the crap out of me also. I keep forgetting about it and move the mouse over it and it takes over the screen AAAAARRRRRGGGGHHHH.......
