what temperature tempilaq

Do a lot of research and testing and see what works for you. I started with the 750 and didn't have any discernable improvements. Stepped up to the 450 to ensure the base wasn't heated and started doing a dull red glow on the necks and found the repeatability I was after. I did have to work up my loads again, but the shoulder set back and neck tension is much more consistent.

You're going to get about 100 opinions on this thread from 450 to 750 to the color of the flame, etc. AMP did a lot of research on this and their data suggests something a fair bit higher than 750 for flash annealing.

750°F for 6 seconds, ANY red glow is too hot.
Put the tempilaq on the inside of the neck.
When the flame corona turns orange, the case is done, going longer will take the spring out of the brass.

Cheers.
