what size neck for hart barrel in 338 rum

im having my 338 rum in a rem sendero sf worked over by r w hart and sons.new barrel switch barrel.trigger i have,jewell.stock i may keep the one it came with or go with one from lone wolf stocks.would a thumbhole stock help control recoil.scope i have a 4.5x14x50 leupold but i may go with a nightforce 5.5x22x56 npr2.a break of course.what size should i have the neck cut to.im set up to turn necks,thanks,keith

im talking to myself here but there was no need to turn the necks and it has a standard chamber.it shot about 1.125 at 117 yards before the hart work.now it shoots .208 at 117 they know there stuff is all i can say.they did it in 30 days on top of that.
