For my rig anyway 1-13 twist, Berger 175g VLD over Varget.

My rem is a 1 in 12 twist and the rem 700sps is a tactical rifle with a 10X40X50mm scope with mildot sights and a harris bipod and a uncle mikes buttstock shell holder and a tactical sling i want to get involved with competition shooting

If it factory ammo youre talking about, the federal gold medal match is hard to beat in either 155, 168 or 175 SMK.

If it is hand loads youre looking for, VARGET, 4064, BENCHMARK and RL-15 are sure bets for powder, 175 SMK, 178 AMAX, 190 SMK are also very good match quality bullets well suited for your twist.
