What is causing this?

Just noticed an indentation line on the neck after case trimming.
Brass to the right is twice fired, stainless tumbled, resized and trimmed.
Loaded cartridge is once fired.
Small line/lip/crease is .040 wide, no change in neck measurement.

Nothing is causing it. It is the factory crimp winchester likes to do that to some ammo. Just keep trimming them all to uniform length eventually it will be gone.
