What Chronograph?

Hey all,

Dont know a thing about these, other than I'd like to get one for load development. What brand/ model do I want, what should I expect to pay?

I dont need top of the line, but dont want to pay for junk. Any recomendations and reviews are welcome.

I like the Oehler 35P which is in limited production with shipping towards end of August but, they are pricey.
