The factory does know some things,they didn't spend that reseach money for nothing. I also tried the freefloating..no no no. Get someone that does good bedding jobs, have the trigger set properly, work a load up after the barrel settles, sight in 2" high at 200 kill at 400 no brainer. Remember Weatherby's are made for one shot kills and they do that very well, if you do your part. </p><p> Get 2 one a 257 and a 300 or 30-378. Their brakes work very also.
