    I have a NIB Weatherby Mark V in 257 weatherby, bought 2011 and put in safe. Not fired, beautiful wood, will get pics put up soon as I can. I paid $1900 for it, cheapest I can find one new is over $1850, I will sell for $1500.

    Mark V action is free floated. Three rings of steel surrounding the case head. Fluted bolt with three gas ports. Nine locking lugs and a short 54 degree bolt lift. Bolt sleeve completely enshrouds rear of action. Direct Striker Intervention Safety offers direct, positive locking of the firing pin. Locks bolt in the engaged position and disengages the sear to render the trigger inoperable. Factory-tuned, fully adjustable trigger with sear engagement preset at .008 to .014 and a let-off weight of approximately 3.5 pounds. “AA fancy” grade walnut Monte Carlo stock with rosewood forend and pistol grip cap and Maplewood spacers and fineline checkering and a Pachmayr® Decelerator® pad.
