Fellow LRH member Bigbuck ( Jeremy ) spent some of his time and found me a brand new one still in the box. Burris hasn't made the gloss black ones since 2001. Jeremy got it for me at a great price also.
So if you need some optics or anything shooting related give him a shot and maybe his good customer service can help you and save you a couple bucks too. He is a little guy getting started helping out the rest of us little guys.
