Hi all,
Anyone like to share their experiences with video camera's that are exceptionally good in a hunting environment. Particularly any models that are useful close to dark or early morning when the light is poor. Also something that has a decent zoom feature for the long range hunts. Finally, at a price that is reasonable! Am I asking too much?

we've been using a canon xl-1 with a HUGE zoom. big heavy camera but you can see a long way. they also make one that shoots in HD if thats important to you.
my buddy bought one of the biggest telephoto lenses for a SLR, and then bought a powered adaptor that runs the SLR lens on the xl-1. pretty amazing.
