velocity gains over 24"(243ai)

I am planning on building a 243ai. I don't want to get a barrel longer than 24" since this will not be a bench gun. A longer barrel would be better cause powder would be allowed to burn completly. 26" is my limit and am thinking about spliting the difference and going with a 25" barrel.

Has anyone done the research before or anybody out their with first hand experience?

If you go with the 26" barrel, you will probably gain a 150 to 200fps advantage over the 24" barrel. I would go with the 26" barrel so you can take full advantage of the 243 AI case compacity and performance. Let us know what you decide to do.
