Does anyone have a rifle built by Melvin Forbes of Ultra Light Arms? If so what has been your experience?
    Thanks

I have had two 7mm-08s and one 6.5x55.

all were top notch and so is Melvin.

I think that it is the gold standard of lightweight rifles. some smiths can build as light maybe, but no one stands behind their work like Melvin. I cracked a stock and he replaced it free.

Accuracy on all three was .5-.75 MOA day in day out, which is outstanding for limited load development and that light a rifle.

Buy with confidence and you will never regret it.

I have a Model 20 in .308 and I love it! Very accurate and surprisingly mild recoil for a rifle that weighs less than 5 1/2 lbs w/ a scope.
