I took a few pics tonight so i thought i would show you guys what i shoot and see what you think. So here they are.
Top one is a 25 Gibbs, Bottom is a 7mm-300 Weatherby

thanks guys. My godfather had them built for me. The barrels are Schnelling or Schilling or something like that. I cant remember for sure. Not sure what the contour is on them either. I also have a 270 Gibbs. All of them have Maple or Fiddleback Maple on them. My godfather cut and carved the stocks himself. He did an ok job. Not a real good job on the finishing but i wont complain since they didnt cost me a penny. lol. I did refinish the stock on the 7mm-300 in woodshop during Highschool. I need to do the same thing with the 25 Gibbs. Sure makes them look better all smooth, sanded, and laquered right.
