Probably not what you want to hear, but I had a Remington 700 SPS Tactical that I could not get zero'd at 100 at all. Totally out of adjustment windage and elevation.

I had to send the rifle back to Remington and all they did was bend the barrel and ship it back to me.

Never been happy with Remington since I started in long range shooting. YMMV.

Exact same thing here, couldn't believe they just pull the barrel a bit and send them back, caused me to dump a safe full of Remingtons I was so po'd.

I claim 5+ years remmy free!! As with any addiction the first step is to recognize you have a problem...........
