Timney Customer Service

    Just wanted to give a thumbs up to Timney for their excellent customer service. I purchased one of their triggers and didn't like the feel of their wide trigger. I called Timney and asked if they had any alternatives. The tech said if you'll send it in, we'll put a thinner, close to factory width trigger on it. It was a new trigger, so all they charged was $7.50 in shipping. The kicker was, when I removed it from the gun, I dropped the sear and my floor swallowed it up. They provided a new sear and reset the pull to 2.5lbs for free. Kudo's to these guys, they just got a customer for life...

    +1 on Timney customer service. Had a good experience as well. IMO their triggers perform very well for the price.
